Cups Are Great
At CupsAreGreat.com, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Below is our return policy, which is managed by our trusted fulfillment partner.
1. Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
- Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
- Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
2. Lost Packages
- For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please submit a problem report.
3. Return Process
- The return address is set by default to our fulfillment partner’s facility. When a returned shipment is received, you will receive an automated email notification.
- Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity if left unclaimed for 30 days.
- If you opt to use a return address other than our partner’s facility, you will be responsible for any returned shipments and any associated costs.
4. Incorrect Address
- If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once we’ve confirmed an updated address.
5. Unclaimed Shipments
- Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility. Reshipment will be at your expense or that of your customer.
6. Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse
- We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges, except for customers in Brazil. For Brazilian customers, a return request must be submitted within 7 consecutive days after receiving the product. The item must be unused and undamaged for a refund to be processed.
- For face masks or personalized items, no returns or reshipments are available due to health, hygiene, or customization reasons.
7. EU Consumer Notice
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights:
- Goods that are personalized or custom-made are not eligible for return.
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons cannot be returned.
8. Returns for Sealed Goods
- Sealed goods such as, but not limited to, face masks, are not returnable once unsealed due to health and hygiene regulations. Any returned face masks will be disposed of and will not be reshipped.
9. Customer-Initiated Returns
- It’s best to contact our customer service team before returning any items. We recommend advising customers to do the same.
